In a poor country like Liberia where life is very cheap, access to animal healthcare is impossible. LAWCS outreach community engagement program organizes an entire community to discuss the health and welfare of their animals follows by free veterinary services such as de-worming, mange treatment, wound care, flea/tick prevention and treatment and free nutritional diets for dogs and cats. Each community outreach engagement and animal healthcare program cost us $100 USD. Promoting the health and welfare of community animals also leads to healthy communities.
